Below: This is a very curious video. It appears to take place just before sunset with safety personnel walking the streets of Valencia after a fireworks parade. You see a number of persons walking behind slow-moving ambulances with an apparatus in their hands to explode the unexploded charges lying on the ground. I hope they get them all!
